Zornia Latifolia 10g (Maconha Brava)

Maconha Brava (Zornia latolia) is an uncommon plant/herb found in South America and the West Indies. Dried zornia latifolia leaves and flower buds are used as an hallucinogenic substitute for Cannabis by the Indians in Brazil.

Maconha brava, or Zornia latifolia, is mentioned in Food of the Gods (Schultes and Hofmann, 1992) as “an hallucinogenic substitute for cannabis”.
It’s nicknamed Maconha brava which translates to "False Marijuana " is because locals use it as a cannabis substitute.

Other common names are Koemataballi (Suriname), Zornia, Tencilla, Barba de burro (El Salvador).

Zornia latifolia is part of the Fabaceae (alt. Leguminosae) subfamily and is a perennial herb. It’s stem grows 20 to 50 cm long with a prostrate growth habit and intense branching.
