Payment Information

If you pay by credit card we will endeavour to send out your order the same day if ordered before 3.00pm.

SOLO or ELECTRON cards may be subject to further age verification checks due to them being issued to under 18's.

You will receive an e-mail when your order is dispatched, which will contain a tracking reference if the shipping method you have chosen allows for it.

UK customers choosing Special Delivery will generally receive their order the next business day. Recorded 1st class delivery normally takes around 1-2 business days but can sometimes arrive later, there is no guarantee with this option.

Packages to Europe generally arrive within 3 - 4 days and the rest of the world 4 - 8 days.

Please note that packages can take longer to arrive overseas. We are at the mercy of the postal services, and they can be less than reliable!

In addition to this, you should note that sometimes items in your order may be out of stock. We will do our very best to ship your order as soon as possible.

Cheque or Postal Orders


Please place your order online and select your payment method and send a copy of the order confirmation with a cheque, postal order or with cash. Alternatively include a piece of paper with your contact details, delivery address and what you would like to order.


If sending cash, for your own safety we recommend sending it by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This ensures that if your order gets lost in the post, the cash is refunded by the post office.

Cheques:

Please make cheques / postal orders / money orders payable to Alternative Mind. Cheques generally take 5 working days to clear.

Paying money directly into our account:

You can also pay money directly into our bank account should you have problems paying by card. Please email your order to us, and await your receipt by email. Then pay the total amount into the account, quoting your order number as a reference for the transaction. You will be notified by email once your order has been sent out.

All orders must be paid for in full before any goods will be shipped. All products are subject to availability and remain the property of Alternative Mind until paid for in full.

Alternative Mind does not share any information (personal or financial) with any third party.

All credit/debit card details are encrypted using a secure ordering system. Your bank or credit card company may require security checks to validate your purchase. We prefer to send out goods to the cardholders address, where you provide a different delivery address to the billing further security checks may be necessary.
