Elevate is an amazing product by its self if you are experiencing insomnia, feeling low or you are not dreaming. So for the deepest and most relaxed sleep, with vivid and amazing dreams try 1-2 tablets of Elevate 3 hours before sleep is required.

Ingredients: 101mg 5HTP, amino acids (alanine, glycine, aspartic acid, tryptophan, tyrosine) minerals, vitamins and tableting aids.

Dosage: Take 1-2 tablets as required with a glass of water or juice, do not exceed 2 tablets per day. For best results take during times of increased stress and anxiety, or 2 hours before sleep is required
