There have been reports from our customers that recorded delivery is taking a lot longer than normal to arrive. Recorded Delivery is via 1st class post, it is not a guaranteed delivery service.

Goods normally arrive within 2-7 working days from date of posting however Royalmail can take longer. The back log of mail due to the recent adverse weather conditions and increase in volume of mail due to christmas post has slowed them down.

We recommend that if you want you order to arrive securely and faster you should select Special Delivery.
